Share The Friends of the Botanical Garden of Montreal is looking for a full-time customer service agent (minimum 28 hours) and one part-time (minimum 14 hours). Under the supervision of the Executive Director, and as part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will welcome members to the Friends' office, answer telephone calls, coordinate requests for subscriptions and registrations, and provide the technical support required for the smooth running of courses and activities.
